At the closing event of the 2019 veski inspiring women STEM sidebyside program - a Celebration of Engineering and Women in STEM - guests and participants will have a unique opportunity to hear from Dr Jean Venables CBE, Past President of the Institute of Civil Engineers, on 'Sustainability - how can engineers deal with the climate emergency'.

The event is proudly delivered by - Department of International Trade, UK, Institute of Civil Engineers, UK, Museums Victoria, British Consulate General Melbourne and veski.

The inspiring women STEM sidebyside program is an initiative to support women in the STEM industries that is led by veski and Monash University with the support of the British Consulate General Melbourne. This dynamic program is designed to empower women at different career stages with the skills, networks and mindset to develop and achieve their career goals within STEM industries.
