Mr Greg Sword is a founding director of veski and a member of the veski audit and risk committee. 

He is currently the CEO of the Lake Tyers Aboriginal Trust, a member of the Melbourne Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board and the Vic Forests Board.

Greg has served as, the National Secretary of the National Union of Workers, Senior Vice President of the ACTU and National President of the ALP. Greg has co-authored several reports on the development and evolution of the Union movement, including 'Australia Reconstructed' in 1987, which set the scene for the modernisation of the Union movement, and outlined an approach to wage fixation based on productivity increases and efficiencies in the workplace.

Greg is a Trustee of the Caulfield Racecourse Reserve and a Trustee of the National Jockeys Trust.

He was one of the pioneers in the development of industry superannuation and succeeded in establishing the Labour Union Co-operative Retirement Fund (LUCRF) in 1978. Greg served as CEO of the fund between 2006 and 2014. LUCRF Super now has more than $6 billion under management and is consistently rated as one of the highest returning and most efficient funds in the industry.
