Rebecca Tilbrook is a passionate renewable energy engineer with 15 years of international experience working in technical and management roles. In her current role as Director of Large Programs at Verdia, Rebecca leads the technical analysis and implementation of solar systems for Australia's top 250 energy users.

Prior to joining Verdia, Rebecca held positions within finance, consulting and government throughout Asia and the USA, providing spealised technical expertise on solar, wind, hydro, marine, storage and hydrogen technologies. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys cooking and gardening with her fiancee, writing music, and campaigning for gender pay equality.

The inspiring women STEM sidebyside program is an initiative to support women in the STEM industries that is led by veski and Monash University with the support of the British Consulate General Melbourne. This dynamic program is designed to empower women at different career stages with the skills, networks and mindset to develop and achieve their career goals within STEM industries.
