Dr Tich-Lam Nguyen
Leading the Way participant
Chief Operating Officer
Monash University
Dr Tich-Lam Nguyen is currently Chief Operating Officer for the ARC Centre of Excellence in Future Low-Energy Electronics Technologies, managing FLEET’s operations and its business team. She is responsible for the Centre’s financial and operational effectiveness and the oversight of activities contributing to the development and delivery of its strategic goals.
Tich-Lam holds a PhD in Chemistry from RMIT University and a Master of Management from the Melbourne Business School. She has over 10 years experience in the higher education sector within a collaborative and cross-disciplinary environment as a research centre manager, a laboratory manager and a researcher in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.

The inspiring women STEM sidebyside program is an initiative to support women in the STEM industries that is led by veski and Monash University with the support of the British Consulate General Melbourne. This dynamic program is designed to empower women at different career stages with the skills, networks and mindset to develop and achieve their career goals within STEM industries.
