Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia to Australia Dr Clemencia Forero-Ucrós talks to Victor Perton and the Australian Leadership Project about leadership and says, "My best experience of leadership in Australia is the way diplomacy is being handled by Minister Julie Bishop in terms of her closeness to the diplomatic corps accredited to Australia.  She has been inviting us every year to a different region of Australia showcasing the best that is found in that region  and allowing us to have a very close dialogue which you don't experience in any other country in the world."
