Tools and strategies on negotiations and having those difficult conversations
22 August
On Tuesday, 4 September 2018, the Leading the Way and Stamina stream women had the opportunity to further develop their skills and take away strategies and tools of negotiations and having those difficult conversations to apply to their own individual circumstances.

Ms Michelle Sales - a speaker, coach and trainer - described the different levels of conversation and along with some practice, enabled the participants to identify the type of conversations they were having and to help steer the conversations in a direction which would help them achieve their desired outcome as part of her workshop on Having those difficult conversations.

The session also saw Ms Michelle Gallaher, back by popular demand, deliver a masterclass where the women were shown the importance of their brand on social media – LinkedIn and how it can work for you.

The women then had the opportunity to engage in panel discussion on the Art of Negotiations facilitated by Dr Rowan Brookes with panelists including Dr Jane Ryan, Ms Samantha Ludolf and Mr Chris Holtby OBE.
The morning concluded with both streams coming together for a short networking session over lunch.
