Noel Leung

Currently a Partner at Strategic Project Partners (SPP), she works with a diverse range of clients across education and research, consumer and retail, and public sector organizations.  Throughout her career, she has successfully partnered with senior executive teams, domestically and globally, to facilitate strategic decision-making, and to deliver measurable and sustainable growth.

Noel’s career highlights include leading the development of a strategic planning process for a global engineering services firm, supporting a successful Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) bid for $40m, and designing an enterprise-wide transformation program for a prominent university. She has also played pivotal roles in developing business cases for research institutions, public precincts and infrastructure.

Noel has been engaging with veski since 2018, supporting the evaluation and articulating the impact of veski’s fellowships, and working with the veski to develop business cases for funding from the Victorian Government.

With her wealth of experience, expertise, and passion for driving strategic growth, Noel continues to make a significant impact on the organizations she serves, while building lasting professional relationships along the way.

Noel also serves on the Board of the Asian Australian Foundation, where she also chairs the Granting Committee.

Noel holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne, and is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
